This is my absolute favorite piece from Hush - might have to add one to the collection. I'm sure the picture does not do the image justice.
Hush has sure put out some excellent works recently.
EDIT: Additional info from Hush: "all the backgrounds are hand painted (all different) the print is made up of about 12 colours and 6 are hand painted + the backgrounds, also tags throughout image are spray can with addition of screen ink drips"

this new piece strikes me as just too busy and un-cohesive. the blindfold and cat ears put me off a little as well. the composition of Masked worked a lot more for me. I am anxious to see the other work from this show though.

Show opens this weekends and prints won't be distributed until the end of January. Will post some pics of the print from the show.jsstuver wrote:Anyone have pics. I would love to see how this came out!

Wasn't able to snap any pictures of the print, as it wasn't at the opening. I did get to view the prints earlier at White Walls, and each was unique in its background color, etc. (from the initial revealed to a grey version similar to Siren I). They looked good.jsstuver wrote:Gracias!

Oh I'm jealous you've got yours already! Mine is, according to the shipper, somewhere between LA and Settle.csorensen84 wrote:Received the flat shipment of #3 yesterday - will post up some pics. Off to the framers tomorrow...
