It's likely legit. Chuck has a video floating around, I believe for a part of his show in Paris? Anyway, that was printed in the video as a demo. The original, I think, was a litho. It has a blue border and other detail, it may be smaller too. I have that copy, just going off of recollection. Someone here can probably give more detail...but hope that helps.
