very beautiful print but also sad... reminds me of my Grandparents... sadly my Nana passed away a few months ago... which is sad but I like to think of them together now again

Went to my grandma's funeral a few weeks ago. No more grandparents for me, but this piece is a lovely reminder of them.

I get this image. The woman and her husband befriended a giant who died and left behind giant bones. The husband works during the day and they visit the giant's grave together at night. Nice message.

I think the skeleton is supposed to be a little bit closer to the viewer than the woman.... You're theory could be correct though.

I see only beauty in this piece, no sadness. Guess it all depends on your outlook on death. For me, death is a rebirth, but to each their own.
