... like the old-time putrid purple Phillies "P". As a Phils phan, I'm glad those uniforms are history, despite the great memories of Michael Jack and the boys in those uni's.

It's zero gravity in outer space. They look like they know what's happening, and they love it.

I used to love fruit stripe gum........You could chew a whole 17 piece pack in about 20 minutes.

BK is an odd selection as an artist for a phish poster.......but, I like what he came up with.

I'm guessing this is based on the Wild Horse Monument along the Columbia River. When yu drive out to the Gorge, you pass it.

I can't stand this band, but

Brad's concept and execution are spot on here. Well done sir.

great horizontal layout. definitely different, which is what I look for (and too often don't find) in Phish posters these days.

from Brad's email:

"Poster is based off a statue out in George, WA that is out by the Gorge
on a hilltop off in the distance, called "Grandfather Cuts Loose the Ponies".
Every time I've seen it, I often wonder where those horses are running off to... "

I've seen those from the highway many times. Never knew they had a title. Great idea for a Gorge poster, even if I'm a bit on the fence re the colors. I'm curious to see a pic of the actual print.
