this image actually looks better than the future time released print imo. an image of a girl with octopus tentacles always does it for me

Great show and the print looks amazing. As codeblue pointed out the gallery overcharged tax by a point (being on La Brea, his hasidic side came out), which only come out to like $4 per person, but $400 for these prints alone. I hope they aren't taking an extra point on all of their sales and that it is just an honest mistake. They said they were gonna automatically refund all cards the difference but I think only the people that pointed it out will be refunded.
Anyway, I talked to Audrey at the opening and asked her if there were any plans for another print from this show and she said hopefully there would be and if I understood her correctly she had one of these in mind.

IMO "Deeper" would make a great print. I'm not into "Lili and Her Ghosts" as much.

Agree with this, although I think 'Where I Rest' would be even better. Would love to see that as a print.

Deeper would be sick with Enrapture. Hopefully they charge per square inch and we get 25% off on this print. I cant afford another 380 for another print.

true. did they not sell to people outside the USA? It was available for 2 days before the opening. You just needed to call.

??? Thats exactly my point. Make the 2nd print less expensive. This is the most I have ever paid for an Audrey print. And I cant do it again. So if there is a 2nd print, hopefully its 250-275.

"Where I Rest" was absolutely stunning in person. It is pretty big. That may be why it won't be considered for a print. It seems that a print should always be smaller than the OG but close to the original size. This would make it very pricey.
Any print released by Audrey is apx half the price for something of this size, so I'm sure the gallery is taking their 40-60% and that is why Enrapture was priced higher. Yet probably still cheaper than what the after market will settle on. Also Charlotte will be a time release in a smaller size and probably more affordable.

I feel like AK does a great job (better than any artist) at making her art accessible and then exclusive depending on the release. She really has that figured out.

You might as well just propose to her already.

If he looks like Christina Ricci I'd say he's got a shot.

+1. My favorite of the new works and would absolutely love to get this one. I could go for a really big AK print.
