mine arrived in a flimsy little Uline tube and was completely crushed. After a couple emails to Disco Biscuits merch, they have agreed to replace the print. However, they told me that it may take a little while to ship because "we are currently waiting for proper packaging to come in first".
They were very polite and professional, but it looks like they have learned rule number one as far as limited edition prints go!

Same here...mine arrived stuffed into a triangular UPS box, no tube / no kraft paper...I've never seen a crumpled, creased Pollock before.
Bisco merch learned a lesson today.

There is a thread about this on pollockposters.com and Jason is all over it. When he heard they were using triangular mailers he said he would send them an email notifying them that some genius created something called a tube which is what one is supposed to use when mailing posters.
Sounds like they are starting to use them now but it is unfortunate how many posters had to be damaged in their learning process.

Wow, I was gonna bitch because mine came in about the smallest tube possible. Guess I got lucky. I'm letting it unroll/relax right now, but I'm a little nervous that the small tube and tight rolling did some damage.

Possibly the ugliest poster of all time. I just don't understand Pollock's reason for featuring a baby with down syndrome in this poster.
