I could be wrong, but I don't think they're using this for the Fall Tour poster

You may be correct. However, this was an educated guess based on the following page from the Panic website: http://widespreadpanic.com/news_story.p ... chive=true

And they are clearly using the image to promote the fall tour: http://www.ticketsforcharity.com/pl/Wid ... ckets-2011

How and when it becomes a full addition to the Panic/Sperry collection definitely remains to be seen. I think it's fair to say it will become a poster at some point…guess this isn't that different from Sperry's spring tour poster print which was speculated as the Athens event poster before being confirmed as the spring tour poster. Time will tell!

I checked with Chuck before approval.

I guess he's going to fill in the dates like the Spring Tour poster? I thought it was Alpharetta because of an image floating around but I guess all the venues are using this template.

Going to have to pick this up at one of the two Panic Fall Tour dates I'm going to. Another winner for WP and Chuck. :pint:

Well…there you have it! Thank goodness Sperry is doing the Fall tour poster and NOT Bilheimer. You think Panic Merch. would get the message after years of Bilheimer prints clogging up their stock room shelves… :hanging: whereas Sperry prints barely stay in stock long enough to let the ink dry! :notworthy:

It's not uncommon back in the day for Panic to use a primary print and run special versions for specific gigs. This was more prevalent back in the day when gig posters were not as common for each stop on tour.

Yea, I'm really not digging this. Variants could be great, but overall, this color scheme and image just don't do it for me. And I absolutely LOVE 90% of Chuck SPerry's prints.
