There was a program on the ABC (Australia) not that long ago talking about this community in Victoria I think were they went and offered people $7000 annually for every turbine they could put on there property. A couple of people said no they didn't want them. These people reckon when those things turned on it was the end of their community. The noise these things give off supposedly caused so many people to have continual migraines and headaches that farmers that had been there for generations had to sell there land because of the health affects.
