Wow!
Another gem from Tyler
And on his birthday nonetheless
we should be giving gifts to Tyler on his birthday, not Tyler giving gifts to us!

mostly this, i would consider trading a Basterds or a Kill Bill for this but thankfully not nuts about the print/movie to the point that I would be willing to shell out $500+ for it

not to say i dont think Tyler knocked this out of the park....the execution and artistry here is off the charts....his run over the year or so has been amazing...

I love it....

The TRUE "FANS" are showing up in force on Ebay....

I guess they only wanted to see the movie.

I'm sure there were a number of people who went just to flip. But there also could be people who went and were excited for it but just really couldn't care for Akira. If I had gotten tickets for this, I probably wouldn't want my Akira print just because it isn't a movie that excites me.

Yea but even if you dont care for the film, if you're a mondo collector, this has to be a benchmark. First MMM and a departure from Stouts style.

I guess it depends on what kind of collector you are. I consider myself a collector, and I know it is highly unlikely that every poster in my collection will get framed. At the same time, my goal is to only keep posters that I can see myself framing. For me, this Akira wouldn't make that list (not knocking the poster).

Yes. He always does.
No he always doesn't.
There will be no drops on this from Stout or Mondo.
