I paid with paypal, and didn't have a problem at all.
But I didn't pay for shipping either, and they haven't contacted me about it. I'm assuming that i'm getting off without it.

Does anyone know when these ship? Anyone have contact with the band's merch people?

I was contacted about the extra (missing) shipping charge and was asked to pay the $4.55 though PayPal which I did.

Well mine showed up today. Immediately got an uneasy feeling I looked at the box, yes box that they were shipped in. Well maybe they put a tube in the box. Wrong.

No tube, no craft paper, prints rolled too tight.

Bummed out.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Here's a photo of the tiny box they were shipped in.

8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper for reference.

I've got an email into the folks at Neurosis. Waiting to hear back from them and I'll report back when I do.

Whoa! Shitty.

I emailed them a while back about shipping, and they never replied... so good luck with all that.

Cant for sure say that I wouldnt take the chance on another $25 Horkey, though.

Got my print from Neurot today, WOW it was shipped it in a long skinny box and rolled REALLY tight, it's going to take FOREVER to flatten.

It is hard to unroll because the roll is tight and paper is thick. There may be some creasing and edge damage due to the packing method.

That is assuming that the post office treats it well of course.
