I haven't received mine in the US, nor have they been very responsive to emails. It is the holidays and nobody is probably working.

Not home the last couple of days so not sure if they have arrived since, but still no answer to my e-mail of the other day....and I'm in the States! Jojo's probably right...I'm not expecting to hear anything till next week.

the blue ones are all packed up and hitting the post office tonight - phew! gotta love a 24 hour 365 (well, except for ford's day of observance) post office out at the airport. happy new year everyone! last shipping onslaught of 2006 :)

Is the email saying everything is shipped and all the details, automatically generated for each customer by Endica? If so that’s a really swish system that works great. Thanks for all your hard work this year letta and BRLSQ!

i have said it before and i will say it again...BoNA and DCS have the absolute BEST customer service i have experienced ever.

i was thinking about the Endicia generated email...
"damn, BoNA has their shyte together up there...mass email system that is the bees knees and a 24/365 USPS is a handy little bonus"

thanks for some great work in 06...looking forward to 2007

well, it kinda does - you have to click on each order, select "e-mail" (because you enter the e-mail addy with each new label), and then type in anything extra you want in there (so i wrote out the message about the tubes and then pasted it in each e-mail) and send them separately. i haven't found a way to batch e-mail notify yet, but there probably is one. it doesn't take too long to do it, though, so it's just a question of those few extra minutes after i pack up all the tubes. it's a slick program for sure.

i just got an answer from neurot on their delivery status. at this moment they are waiting for -poster tubes-.

I have received several emails from someone named Scott at the retail@ email address. He emailed me just today to say that my poster is shipping today, although I do have to say that Ill believe it when I see it. But, I have received several emails from that address, the first was even unsolicited, but every reply Ive sent to that email has eventually been answered, though usually a few days between.

well, it was the third time i wrote to them and after some time they wrote me back: "what did you order?". after that they did not respond at all. so, last time i explained the whole situation to kvontill@mac.com, retail@neurotrecordings.com and customerservice@neurotrecordings.com and finally i got this answer: "We are waiting for poster tubes. Had to order some. ". that is not really satisfying but at least it gives some hope.
