Rather harsh man. If anything Dan should stop mailing it in each month and come up with some fresh ideas himself.
Also, the artist frequents these boards regularly, is currently running an awesome giveaway, and offers insight into his design choices. So if you're going to criticize, at least be constructive.

Genre is the term for any category of literature as well as various other forms of art or culture, e.g., music, based on some loose set of stylistic criteria.
I find it exciting to be living in a time where there are a group of very talented artists out there that focus their muse on the outdoors: forests, night scenes, old houses,deserted streets and telephone poles, etc. McCarthy, Danger, Punchgut, Babrant, Foresman and Richard are few that come to mind. Has anyone coined a term for this specific genre yet?
