I agree. I was fortunate to get to the shows with my wife in 1999.sasquatch wrote: Seriously, if you've been to a Bridge School show, you would see the poetry in the image.
With or without the Vedder signature, it's a very cool gig poster.
It was an amazing experience. Seeing the kids and learning about their amazing courage to overcome their challenges was sad and inspiring at the same time.
I saw Pearl Jam play in Holmdel, NJ in 2003. My seat was in the row in front of the handicap section.
During the song Wishlist I happened to turn around and I saw a mother dancing with her son in the aisle.
He was confined in a wheelchair by something horrible. She held him by the hand and moved him with the music. I never forget that scene and the smiles on their faces.
They found freedom in the music, a release from his disease.
This poster reminds me of that.
