I haven't looked for messages or hidden fudge in poster images since the late 60's/early 70's psychedelic stuff (Wes Wilson & Lee Conklin immediately come to mind, as does Victor Moscoso for lettering that often took an extended close look to figure out)... unless someone specifically brings something like this to my attention. So, I wasn't eyeballing this poster in that way. That is, I'd have never ever seen this without this EB thread. I'll have to check it out closely over the turkey day weekend.

Isn't it amazing how peeps who were so blitzed out of their minds at the time that they couldn't see Jerry when they went to see the Dead in concert, can now see him in floral backgrounds of posters and such

Where's sasquatch so he can learn a thing or 2 about Chuck being more than good printing and ''clip art''. The design on this is truly a tour de force. I did notice the peace sign before, but it is so subtle and well incorporated that I was more like ''this looks like a peace sign'' more than ''this is a peace sign''. I think it's the main reason why the wallpaper design is so great and works so well. If the goal is to mimick hallucination, what you see can't be in your face too much and you almost have to doubt it's really there. Perfect execution. Now if you're a Sperry fan you have to wonder if you want to rally for POTY.. People can vote for whatever they want, but I think this is more deserving of POTY than the Dylan.. If I vote Sperry, it's going to be for this one instead. My appreciation of this one can't seem to stop sky rocketing. Hopefully even more people who had no clue will stop by and notice the awesomeness.
