Thank you to everyone for your support and kind words. As you all know I have been a huge fan of the Star Wars series and avid collector of all thing Star Wars for almost 30 years. I am deeply saddened by this turn of events, and the realization that I cannot offer this print that was to be my tribute to one of my favorite characters of all time. I'm sorry to say that I will not be able to offer this print. I hope to come up with something after the New Year that will wow everyone as much as this print would have. Happy Holidays!

BOO this sucks, I totally wanted one for a movie room. Star wars has been my favorite since I was 4. I hope there will be some resolution so I can still get my hands on one.

drymountin' right, drymount the hack!! LucasFilms has a lot of nerve after making millions from his so-called 'inspired' version of Dune.

Kudos to Joshua for trying.

so my question about this, an original was done for a starwars related show for a gallery somewhere. I saw recently that the gallery was selling several prints all related to star wars, is Lucas going after them as well?

so, you can't legally sell the print. But you could give it away, right???? Anyone else see where I am going with this?

give it away, but accept a donation. Or sell a pencil and get a print free....something like that

I think you should give it away for free, and charge $40 shipping!

Lucas frequents the Borders near my old apartment. I can try to have a talk with them.
