Boxcar, sorry I got on ya for your comment, thought it was directed at the concept of SW being considered art, not the artists. I don't own any Budich so I can't say much in regards to the quality of his work, but I will say, I think from the JPG this is pretty sweet looking. There is plenty of SH!T SW art out there, and very little of it would I actually want to put up on my wall, but having grown up in the 70's and 80's and played with all the vintage stuff, I love the concept of this piece.
As for Lucas, it maybe that he came up with it, but he also in many peoples eyes ruined it as well. The stories in the novels, comics, cartoons, and even video games are WAY better then what he came up with in the prequals. Which while visually stunning, really lacked big time in story and acting. Lucas in my opinion is really just in it for the money at this point, and not expanding his vision as much, otherwise he'd have used some of the great writers to write the story for the PT movies instead of creating it all on his own and doing a poor job of it, hell he IGNORED some of what LFL approved as canon in the novels and comics when he made his PT moves.

And I must admit that George Lucas shat all over the Star Wars prequels. Especially that second one with all those stiff romantic scenes with Natalie Portman and what's his name.
God that was bad.
Lost my fudge tryin to act casual.

... and, I think WE ALL AGREE, you really have to see a print in person before making a call. 'Nuff said

IMO it's obvious this print was created with all the love of a true SW fan.

understandable, although i think someone had it up first and sold it immediately. im not a total donk. but it had to def. be someone from EB who put it on the bay.
