How is a Best Offer / BIN sale from a 'gallery' seller w/ 100% feedback (who I believe is a member of this site) fishy? Aside from the print fetching a high price on ebay calling this out as illigitimate w/o any facts is irresponsiblerhythmgtr5 wrote:Seems mighty fishy, though it is a badass image / print

Yeah, I don't really understand what's fishy about it. You may remember a little something called Last Kiss making quite a stir around here recently (not to mention the Tiny Showcase print from earlier in the year). Keyes' stock is up, so it makes sense that pieces would be fetching premiums right now.

Possibly, but you don't see that one on ebay too often. Maybe it was a serious collector or international buyer with favorable exchange rates.averysantucci wrote:i too thought it was a tad pricey, must be a noob who acted impulsively

def one of the keyes i would love to own one day
True, but the reason that I noted my surprise at this is that it's a 50% premium on the other Ed. 50 releases from around the same time period (Entangle I & II, Incubate, Shedding, etc.). Good for the seller on getting that price - just surprised that they got it.jazzgalaxy wrote:Possibly, but you don't see that one on ebay too often. Makes you wonder what 'Tic Toc' would go for these days. $2k?

I'm surprised by it too. It's good that Keyes' is getting that level of recognition. He's doing some killer work these days. I still need/want a Guardian I.cerebus wrote:True, but the reason that I noted my surprise at this is that it's a 50% premium on the other Ed. 50 releases from around the same time period (Entangle I & II, Incubate, Shedding, etc.). i have one, pm me. lets talk or trade
All these new members with such knowledge.
It is a legit sale. I have dealt with the seller many times on here. He seems to price stuff high on Ebay but allows Best Offers. I guess someone made an impulse purchase OR had plenty of money and did not care.
I remember trying to sell mine for $500 and could not sell. I am glad I still have it now.

We also have more than one copy, so don't be surprise if you see another one on eBay.
I think that $900 is a fair price for a Keyes' with an edition of only 50.
