Might be getting closer to the identity of this artist (Acorn?). He did this show, Calgary and London (Shepherd's Bush(sp?))

Sounds like he might work with Maxx242... check out this blog post from MySpace:

my new job is pretty far (still have to look at the actual miles)...from Chula Vista to Escondido to drop my car at maxx's. then Escondido to Ontario......2 hour drive one way, give or take. so basically my days are filled with a 4 to 5 hours in the car depending on traffic. 3 days a week for the next two months. there are about 4 spots where we hit traffic jams. both ways. yay:( ...at least there is someone to talk to through all this, or else i prolly REALLY REALLY REALLY hate the drive alone. currently my car rides are filled with "name that punk band" with maxx, to "look at the big vinyl "bro" sticker" and "read the fine print on the bumper sticker". there was one bumper sticker that caught my attention. it said:

make money like you don't need it.
dance like no one's there.
love like you never been hurt.

i thought it was interesting. just being random.

thanks,

arnold

So this one is made by ACORN

Have any 10 club members received their poster for this show yet? This was my first time ordering a poster through 10C so I'm not sure about turnaround time.

Apologies for the potentially ignorant question.

I finally got mine today. It was shipped out the 16th, and I ordered 9-9-09.

Spelling error doesn't bug me. The mat job, on the other hand, is nasty IMHO. Takes away from the art by trying to augment it. I'm with truck.
