any info on this? availibility?
Here's the info ... (oh, and I think this is actually called "Cloak and Veil") ... from Brad's email ....
"Cloak and Veil"
The folks over at The Faded Clothing Line Co. asked me if I wanted to join
their roster of artists for some of their upcoming projects and I said "sure".
The first thing they wanted to do was make an art print and a puzzle out of
the grim reaper off of the 2006 Pearl Jam DC poster. There will be 3 versions:
a puzzle, an art print on paper, and an art print on metal. I will be selling
copies of the two art prints at Flatstock and all 3 versions will be for sale
at http://www.thefadedline.com. When I know the date for that I will let you all
know too. I made some slight alterations to the image...

LAME!
If it was a Prodigy print, I'd be THRILLED to see it without the lettering, but since it is a poster for one of the greatest bands of all time, no need for an art print!
(no, I don't care how rare or what the value of the DC is, I have one, it is framed very nice right in front of me)

I'd probably not be bitching if it was Easystreet, cuz I still need one and I wasn't there.. at least, in my opinion, DC 06 was one of the worst shows I saw, very boring setlist except for a strange betterman, which doesn't say much!

I love that this image doesn't say "pearl jam" on it.

this is (in my mind) one of the most well known Pearl Jam prints.. it may not say PJ on it, but we all know it should!hatredofhuds wrote:I love that this image doesn't say "pearl jam" on it.
I love this image whether it says Pearl Jam on it or not. To me, this is Brad's best piece of work ever. Such a strong statement, one that needed to be made and will hang forever on our walls to remind as well.
This is my favorite Klausen.. At least the original PJ one was.. this still tells the same story, so it's great, too.
Brad is a great artist. He really puts his heart and soul into the works he creates. Not just some meaningless lines drawn with flashy bursts of color that say absolutely nothing.

So Mr. Taper- you have this already, the best and only version as you said.
Are you going to buy this to?

I've got the PJ '06 version but I'm shooting for the puzzle. All that black, should be fun.
