Thanks for bringing that back up, Z.zefarrett wrote:Just read through all 20 pages. WOW! This was by far the gem of the pack. Such cool background on it.
I had read it previously and forgotten, but re-read it during work yesterday. Last night I found a quick moment to relax. The 4 and 2 year old boys were in the bath, my wife was in our bedroom with the new guy and I plopped down on a comfy chair in the living room sideways, back against one arm rest, legs hanging over the other, drink in my hand and just happened to be facing on a slight angle the framed subscriber on our wall. The entire write up was going through my head as I looked over the print. It was a nice, quiet, almost zen like moment of art appreciation and clarity taking in the "F", the colors and their inspiration, visualizing not only the print but that 1800's Chicago Brothel... then just easily as I got lost in that world for a few minutes I was suddenly pulled back again to our present reality by the screams of a perturbed and disgusted 4 year old because his little brother had pooped in the bath.

I may have said it before in this thread, but no single Horkey has grown on me more than OTA. Everything about it is perfect.
I feel I need to track down at least one of the rarer editions.

But if you are just buying it to turn around and put in on ebay to make a few duckets, I don't see the point in that.
Old skool.

Think I posted these in the framed Horkey thread awhile back but forgot to stick'em in here too.

Mike, you are making me sad that I sold mine.
But to have kept it would have only reminded
me of the fact that I had to sell my Altar Blue.
#tear. #firstworldproblems.
