can't speak to it in person...yet...but the pics i've seen this is rad. love the 3-D.mreverett wrote:Thank you all for the nice comments, I might still have a trick up my sleeve! How do you guys feel about these 3-D things? They are a pain to draw by hand, but I hope I used the medium sufficiently. Keeps me honest in terms of tightness, layout, and positioning, which isn't bad at all. Please comment if you have seen them in person!coleslaw wrote:Very, very nice work Michael

This thing moves so much my kid was getting nauseous looking at it - maybe we should add a vomit variant.
All right Hamilton!
Working on it!!! Don't get too close while I am drawing one of these!!!! Thanks jojobadass for notes on size, I created the artwork for full bleed and estimated final trim size...pearlybaker wrote:This thing moves so much my kid was getting nauseous looking at it - maybe we should add a vomit variant.
The poster is great in person; very cool effect. The 3D thing does seem kind of cheesy but still cool. I bet there's a lot to be done in this format.
The posters did not sell out all at once. I think they had them all night long each night in Worcester.pearlybaker wrote:Can anyone give a scouting report on how high the demand was on these at the show - do I need to get there at 6 for the 7:30 show? Just trying to optimize pre-show preparation.
That was my experience as well. As I was leaving there were a handful of Emek's available as well. Problem was no tubes or cardboard sleeves! With the crowd we had in Worcester I has no confidence that they would make it outside in one piece much less survive the weather on Sat. night.Shmogger wrote:The posters did not sell out all at once. Very nice.
