McCarthy showing his love for science!
70,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 visible stars in the known universe, the sun just being one
He was smart not to include the moon in the GID portion, as the moon is not a star.

and saying 70 sextillion is plain and simple cool.

now the question is will he write 70,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 on every poster. That may take a month in iteself

You are right on Alex! In French, the moon is a «satellite», probably the same in English. It can't shine on it's own like a star, like our sun, it has to reflect the light emitted by a star.. planets like our planet Earth can't shine on their own neither.. Props for pointing that out Alex. If you only look at Dan's work, you know he's great. But more than that, most of the time, he has something going on with the title. A hint to fully understand his work which puts it way behind a simple landscape/nature rendition. At first I thought it would have been cool to have the moon GID, just for the visual sake, but with that new understanding, there's no way it has it's place shining in the dark. Damn, that was well thought.. Dan is sick, sick, sick. Superb reflection on the question of life elsewhere in our universe with the human standing tall below the 1 sun (in the day) and Dan showing us all of the other trizillions of stars shining at night elsewhere in our vast universe.. a way to say life elsewhere is probable?? I'll have a lot to say to friends/guest if they ask me why the sun ain't turning into the moon and glowing in the dark.. :notworthy:

Does it also get the longest print title award?

I think he is forced to write those zero's now!

not by a long shot ... DD always has nice long print titles like his recent, “and i don’t even like to be seen in the parking lot between the movies and the drink and the glass, whatever the hell that means” .... perhaps they've been hanging out too much ...

If he's like DD, he'll have the title screened on the print

I really like this. I love the orange AND the glow in the dark... all in one. I am looking forward to my next tube. :)

I don't think Dan has ever screened a title onto one of his prints, at least none that I've seen myself. This could be the first, but I must say, I enjoy seeing it written out by hand.

God I need a job. So many great prints, such a small bank account.

This is not a good habit to have in college.
