Hey letta, is this still on track to get the giclee treatment? I see there's one of the originals up on ebay but I'll hold off trying to get that if there's a new version being released in '07.

yep - we just have to gather up the money to print 'em - they're like $50 apiece to have them printed! craziness!

Damn this a beautifully complex image. I'm amazed at just the clouds

Let me guess the 2nd batch went out and was snapped up in minutes (?)

no 2nd printing yet (still hoping). Don't know how fast it will go since I assume it will be at least $200 if/when they do release it.

at this point, why not do it along the same lines as the Hurricane Relief print? Take prepaid preorders and use that to determine the edition size. That'll raise the scratch to pay for it as well as give an idea as to demand. One per customer ought to cut down on the flippage.

At this point, I bet you'd get damn near 200 prepaid orders, regardless of the price (considering how quickly the DF and DRDC prints sold out, not to mention other recent screen prints.)

Might be worth it....despite how the first try for Gallery 1988 came out.
