reminds me of close encounters of the 3rd kind.....
Wow, again.
I love the blues in this, they look similar to the ones in September, which is only a painful reminder that I dont/cant own this.

i wanna give a shout out to bluedegree for being extremely cool during a rough transaction. it wasnt easy getting this thing shipped. it took him 3 hours to pack it. it's larger than DHL allows but he snuck it through anyway(they busted us and slapped a $70 surcharge on him). then the tracking was funky(it showed in ohio and minnesota within 10 minutes of eachother). finally, drymountin DHL delivered it to the wrong address. it was 2 blocks from me. same house number but wrong street. luckily the woman that got it called DHL. then, drymountin DHL tells bluedegree they'll pick it up but they cant go out of route to redeliver it so they will deliver it to me next week. huh? it was 2 drymountin blocks from my house. i told him to tell em to fugg off and i sent my wife and her SUV to pick it up. then, the box is trashed and there are holes in it. i can see the painting and put my hand in the box and touch it. i dunno how, but the painting remained unscathed. the wife has the camera in her purse(our son had his 1st kindergarten field trip today) but when she gets home i'll snap some pics. dunno if i'll be able to do this one justice, cause it's a true blue bute.

yeah, i'm thrilled to get it for face. it isn't going anywhere but on my wall. i love how huge it is. i almost feel like i can walk into the yard and be a part of it. very, very cool piece.Blackheart wrote:lightyears2010 wrote:this is drymountin nice. real nice. just got it today. its actually 60x38. ill take some pics later tonight. wow. stoked to say the least.

if a mod wants to edit my pics above so folks can actually see the whole thing by all means do.
