Your first cease & desist can be pretty scary, have you ever gotten one? Think about a multi-million dollar corporation threatening to sue you for damages as high as $150,000. After consulting some knowledgeable people and learning more about my rights I think it is appropriate to defend myself as I have done nothing wrong.
