Is this just Emek? Look to anyone else like it’s kinda biting the style of Bioworkz/ Ben Kwok? Especially the concept from Dave Matthews Band 2020 Cancun. Maybe the Ocelot body position more.

Emek has been incorporating this style into many of his Coachella posters for the last 10 years. See the hummingbird, fish, turtle, rams, etc as examples.
Bioworkz first EB entry comes AFTER Emek introduced a similar style on his Coachella hummingbird poster from 2012.

EMEK had an event in OR last weekend and is in LA next week (maybe Denver TRPS in Aug?), I think these are usually the best opportunities to get a foil provided you get there early.
Offering him a big fat wad via email might also work as long as it's more than the other hundreds of dweebs doing the same thing.
