Mine came today. Uline tube with plastic end caps.
Wasn't rolled up in kraft paper, but about 8" of thin kraft paper was wrapped around it.
Not enough to really protect it. small dent in middle of the tube caused a subtle repeating crease down the middle of the print.
Kung fu got right back to me:
"I am sorry that the poster arrived in the condition that it did.
Unfortunately, I cannot say for certain if we will be able to replace it or
not. We have a very small reserve of replacements for situations such as
this, but we will have to wait until all of the orders that were placed
before yours are received to make sure that none of those are in need of
a replacement. Due to the fact that several international customers placed
their orders before you, I may not know anything for a couple of weeks.
If you do not wish to wait, I would be more than happy to email you a return
label for you to use to send the poster back with for a refund.
Please let me know how you wish to proceed.

Mine made it safely.
However....U-Line Tubes are, indeed, a sketchy prospect, to say the least. Strong...but not quite strong enough. Those tubes need to be about 15-20% thicker and they would be much safer.

interesting way of handling it. I would think it would be a first come first served kind of thing on replacements.android wrote:Mine came today. Uline tube with plastic end caps.

Sucks. I got the exact same email when I reported the damage to my print (which is extensive).android wrote:Mine came today. Uline tube with plastic end caps.

its all in how you start rolling it... someone must have baseball sized mitts and just crunches them with force.hillsj2001 wrote:same with mine...i can't believe that small of a dent will make that much damage to a printandroid wrote:Mine came today. Uline tube with plastic end caps.
