This one is great.

Seems like it was a linocut then printed then scanned and transferred to screens.

Think they did this just to avoid stepping on Pollock's toes? Or just to get a more consistent edition? Seems like the original transfers off the blocks were pretty cool from the twitter images.

I doubt it had anything to do with Pollock. Most likely that she’s in England, shipping and time constraints. And maybe she didn’t want to hand print an edition that large.

Ya dis ain’t the first other linocut artist they’ve worked with besides pollock. Kathleen Neeley did a poster for them too but it was a screen print instead of lino. Printing detailed linos with such precision and lack of smears is a yuge effort, especially on a scale of almost 1k prints.
