Yea the circles weren't really highlighting the right part, it's not really about the teeth more of just confusion about the placement of the fleshy bit joining the top and bottom jaws, the teeth just highlighted the difference in positioning - is the fleshy bit supposed to be on the outside of the mouth (left side) or in line with the mouth (right side)? It doesn't look like it's in the same position on both sides and presumably it should be. That was what I meant. I mean if you're gonna draw the king of the dinosaurs at this scale you gotta nail it and whilst it is 99% nailed this bit still looks a little off to me.

ok, and do you study dinosaurs enough to understand their mouth flesh?

or are we just basing it off of long accepted artist renderings of what we think a dinosaur mouth looks like after the study of their bones/teeth/jaw from scientists over the years.

Right, you seem to be taking it personally, i'm just saying one side looks different to the other, i don't have to be a paleontologist to have that opinion, i just need to have seen the same t-rex in Jurassic Park.

i have no vested interest in this just find it funny you’re critiquing a trex mouth on an artists take for an alternative movie poster about a thing none of us actually know what it looked like.

of course we do, it's in the film, that's what is being drawn not the prehistorically accurate depiction

Got the metal today in the mail. Gotta rush out so this is a crappy photo but they packed this like a champ. Looks like they have some colors to it besides the generic photo they show on the site. Really love it and super excited to own my first aluminum print!

Oh I remember reading the email about that and forgot about that when I opened the box. Thanks for the reminder. This burnout may have forgotten

Got around to opening up the metal print. Here’s some more detailed photos without the plastic. I personally loved this print for JP image. I know a lot of people hated on the mouth/teeth but personally think the scene and the image is rather stunning. Glad this is my first metal print added to my collection as well.
