Echo bad system comments at MSG - you wait in single file line until you get to front, then you get pushed into a holding pen like cattle so there was no reason to wait in line.

I've really come to appreciate the wristband system Phish employs. Funny thing is, on the 1st day all those who lined up early got the Owl poster, which is a very strong print Imo. The 2nd day was bedlam for the Welker, as those in the front kept recycling and never left until all the posters were gone.ajaxbro wrote:They did have a security guy trying to boot people from the merch area. Everyone keeps mentioning Phish being so good with posters. But don't really get that. Yeah they give you a wrist band, only done the last 2 years at that. And even so, once they cut it off when you buy, you can still just cycle back and get in line and get another wrist band again. Which is what almost all of the first 50 or so people do. Not only that, but the amount of "paid" line waiters is always 25+ at the very front of the line. These are people who don't have tickets nor know the band they are waiting to buy Merch for. Which really is the biggest problem with MSG. They need to require a ticket to get to the Merch booth area. With a seperate line to the will call area. 2cents
