I've never had a single issue with a rolled print.

if this comes damaged I'm going to be furious...especially because I emailed them and asked them to just roll mine up and send it that way (they said no...it was worth a shot)

Shipped flat from London to the US sounded like a recipe for disaster and the Banksy forum comments had me anxious, but luckily the panels they used were pretty sturdy and the enveloping of the print was well done.

Still seems like they could have just Yazoo'd it and it would have been fine and saved some change but oh well....

Move slow when you're opening the package; that's my only advice.

Dropped mine off at the framer yesterday, originally planned on floating it over white with a white moulding but I liked black on black even better.
