Agreed. I imagine people in the UK say the same thing about buying from the US (and from Australia).

I think the skull is either an infant or even a neonate, or possibly not even homo sapiens? Size and features don't seem to me to be human adult.

Anyone know the symbolism of the gingko?

The image is very... soft for lack of a better description and the dark signature in the image may throw the whole thing off for me. But then again is only pencil...
Thanks for the advice guys. If you mat over a pencil sig, will it rub lead off the print over time?

Yeah. An earth quake or heavy girl jumping rope in your living room will in fact rub off the sig. If it's singed don't cover up. Seems disrespectful and it's the only true 1 off part of the piece.

Don't really want to buy it right now. A little tight in cash.

maybe a little too abstract, but this is shakespare's sonnet 73:

"That time of year thou mayst in me behold
When yellow leaves, or none, or few, do hang
Upon those boughs which shake against the cold,
Bare ruined choirs, where late the sweet birds sang.
In me thou see'st the twilight of such day
As after sunset fadeth in the west;
Which by and by black night doth take away,
Death's second self, that seals up all in rest.
In me thou see'st the glowing of such fire,
That on the ashes of his youth doth lie,
As the death-bed, whereon it must expire,
Consumed with that which it was nourish'd by.
This thou perceiv'st, which makes thy love more strong,
To love that well, which thou must leave ere long."
