I talked to Jason at nycc he told me he will be releasing the variant version himself the version sold at mondocon is technically the regular

I was fortunate enough to luck my way in to one of the prints. My only fear about hanging it is that it my traumatize my 4 month old son. Could be worth it?

Nope, it'll be released on Jason's webstore.

Too bad for that Canada to US shipping charge. :?

I don't know if it was true, but I had heard somewhere that the variant was the one that was originally supposed to be released at the Mondocon screening, but Mondo decided that the regular was more superior and decided to release that for the screening.

They chose correctly, imo. I'm hoping to land a variant, but the reg is the one that will be framed up.
