Want to saydmm8878 wrote:What were they asking for this set at the Chicago art show?
1200 could have been more
Most of the prints were priced at full market
These things have always been *way* overpriced. I've seen some recently FS for $750 that couldn't even get sold.Grateful69Phish wrote:Want to saydmm8878 wrote:What were they asking for this set at the Chicago art show?

Hard core. I couldn't believe the prices in the days, weeks, months after Magna, but I could still see why. Small edition for a huge festival (which went down in Phishtory as pretty epic), it's sort of an interesting departure in style for Jim, and the use of hieroglyphics is pretty genius. Blurs the line between art print and concert poster. I instantly decided I had to have it and finally pounced on it at the right price a few months ago. I wouldn't be too surprised if these shoot back up in value, fwiw.stuckeyc wrote:stuckeyc wrote:People paying more for these than an atl, hampton, or any of the other classics are complete and utter morons.....Imo of course
think they were 500 at the bottleneck show. still passed

Just as I suspected. A set sold for $1000 yesterday.

There has to be a joke here involving the effect of Pollock Art on "bedroom sports" but I really like Jim, and can't think of any that don't seem to be at least a bit "non-complimentary" so I will refrain.dmm8878 wrote: Our two sides of the bed are clearly marked now
