Ya I heard he had to redesign them because of the rescheduled dates, correct?

I didn't hear that, I'm just guessing he is doing the 2nd leg. Makes sense to me since the demand for prints are strong. Everyone one wins, except the flippers, at $250. there's no meat on the bone for them to profit

Is this sold out now? Looks like the link is gone. Sweet Jesus, that's quite accomplishment. 620 prints at $250. - a few sold with the discount. Holy Mackerel

I'm sure that was the longest Sperry drop I've witnessed to date.

Everyone who wanted one and had the funds to get one was able to get one.

Sure hope Chuck is working on the 2nd leg image too! That'll be awesome! A triptych for my favorite rock band in the world!

It's not up now. And the British Sperry was never up again after it sold through. I think they're gone. It was the longest Sperry drop I'd ever seen, though. A few hours. And for that reason, they're not gonna go for much more than that on Ebay. Maybe less. I suspect Sperry's APs will sell for less than The Who site asked for the numbered ones.

The longest Sperry drop (recently) I remember is the Pornographers daughter print, don't think that one ever sold out. I've read some older threads about the Moby that was up for 8 months before it was sold out. Crazy difference in the times and his popularity. I was able to score one also, and I'll put it up with my UK. Which I do think was released again by Chuck. I got mine on UK and remember it being released here and the shipping and all together was cheaper. At least these didn't have a shipping cost added to them.

Awesome print, I can't wait to have it at home!! :pint:

Silly kids... Chuck used to drop at 8-9pm Pacific and everything would take months to sell out. :x

We should be careful about putting this drop in the same phylum as his AP/Variant drops. They are 2 different animals. Just because 620 posters took several hours to sell out, thats not a reason to compare this to his personal online sales which are always just a handful of prints. Two different animals

Also when this site was more collectors than flippers. Which has obviously changed.
