Point? The point is to Smoke Them IF You Got Them. The lighter is making reference to the light you're going to need if you "Got Them".

Clear as mud. Cigarettes are going to go out of business so smoke them "while" you got them? Why the oil rig? I'm probably asking questions that shouldn't be asked. The real question is where's the 5th finger???

I think this print is pointing out the fact that (like it or not) government regulation has taken many rights from smokers and limited the tobacco companies over the last decade.

I see it more as a commentary on oil/ fossil fuel usage. that might just be me tho

I think you're right, but it's a weird way to approach speaking out against government regulation.
