Great print. I don't think the intent is to make an exact likeness of the actors from the film.
An impression is more valuable than a carbon copy. Their is a likeness there, but the spirit of the characters is perfectly captured. A major talent - scored a variant. Don't wait for the tweet.

^ See, this guy gets it. Totally agree. All you "likeness" complainers out there, go Google "Martin Sheen, Sissy Spacek Badlands images" and you will see their likenesses in this print, but with Hanuka's style. Just my opinion.stefansf wrote:Great print. I don't think the intent is to make an exact likeness of the actors from the film.

Some folks want a screen shot of the movie, artistic interpretation isn't welcome, even if it is really well done.
I don't see the problem with the likenesses in this; I think he did a great job of depicting the actors and their characters in the film in his own style. However, having the one word title stretched over three lines... I just can't reconcile that newfangled, slick (but meaningless) style with this classic, substantive film.

Yeah, I cant believe everyone's passing judgment on likeness going on a jpeg alone... Oh wait... Ooops... Forgot where I was for a second there, nevermind.Cinlabyrinth wrote:Some folks want a screen shot of the movie, artistic interpretation isn't welcome, even if it is really well done.

I just got both of these in the mail today. Easily one of my favorite prints. The detail is beautiful. Just as I expected, the jpeg doesn't do it justice
