Disappointing for sure. They've been at this long enough to do better. I've found their shipping to be wildly inconsistent. Sometimes it's perfect, other times I'm shocked at how little care is taken to package the prints. Oddly enough, I've only had one damaged and they sorted it out quickly.

The Kraft was also 2 inches short so the print was just exposed against the wall of the tube. I've had issues before and can't ever get a response. It takes a whopping 2 minutes to pack something competently to ensure this doesn't happen. It's not like there are 300 of these. There's drymounting 35. Bush leaguers. They should drymounting know better

I totally lucked out with mine I guess.

Got mine in today. As noted, the kraft paper was too short lengthwise, so a good 2-3 inches of print was exposed in the tube. Got some minor dings as a result of that, but nothing a spoon can't fix. Luckily, mine did not suffer the roll bend pictured above. I will say this one was on par with their worst shipping to date, although Faith 47 Mysterium print takes the cake for the honour of absolute worst. It was merely wrapped in what I can only compare to christmas wrapping paper, ends folded in and stuck in a tube with about 6 inches of air space on each side, slamming end to end while it crossed the Atlantic Ocean.

For sure. That Faith47 essentially came wrapped in Newspaper ads.alittle wrote:Got mine in today.
