Doesn't appear like any of these have really been sold yet, save for one.

It was merely wrapped in what I can only compare to christmas wrapping paper, ends folded in and stuck in a tube with about 6 inches of air space on each side, slamming end to end while it crossed the Atlantic Ocean.
