I haven't watched these films in many years. Is there a reason the Part 1 variant would be in English and the part 2 variant in Italian?

Part 2 focuses on Vito's life growing up in Italy. I suspect that is why.
Lies are a funny thing. They slip through your fingertips because they never happened to you. Time wounds all the heals as we fade out of view
Makes sense. Thanksdownforcemedia wrote:rayg216 wrote:I haven't watched these films in many years. Is there a reason the Part 1 variant would be in English and the part 2 variant in Italian?

Love it. I think I like it better than Part I.

I'm a little let down. Too much white space, if you can call it that. Im sure there is detailed linework in there but I would like to have a seen a different setting.
Godfather Part II is the best of the bunch IMO. This poster is awesome sauce and I don't really dig the movie prints. Can't remember if this actual scene is in the movie but regardless of that it captures just how the young Godfather was feeling at this point in time. Very well done. Great poster.
On a side note the "Italian" variant....wtf. At least do that for all 3 of them and not just the 2nd and 3rd(?).

Part II is my favorite film of the 3. I'll have to let this print grow on me. I still like the 1st one more. Not of big fan of the title in Italian on the variant. And no big deal but I wish the edition sizes stayed the same as the first one.
