Brainwash has used the anonymous hoodie guy with his face hidden to depict Banksy before. I can think of Going to NY and Anonymous on the top of my head. Plus dude is holding balloons shaped in hearts which references the Girl with Balloon piece. Definitly a Banksy ref.
