I like this one a lot, along with Kelly's Time Bandits.

Found these exploratory sketches for my #baronmunchausen poster. Ultimately I decided to go with the pivotal point in the film where he lifts off from the normal world and glides off into the imaginary world. Death still makes an appearance in the final print! #theadventuresofbaronmunchausen #terrygilliam #mondocon #mondo #jeffsoto

This print is stunning in person! It's exactly what I wanted from a Munchausen print and I'm really happy to have it!

I think the versions are switched on here.
Mondo is selling the night sky version as the regular.

The orange one is the "regular." Does EB have them mixed in the database?

Well EB has the orange as the reg edition of 275 for $50 and the night variant as an edition of 150 for $75.

On Mondo's site right now they have a picture of the variant(night) edition of 275 for $45

It's got me super confused and I'd like to know if I just purchased the one that I want.

The both show the "Night Sky" with the crescent moon on the left. The price difference between the Mondo site and the EB listing is because at Mondo-Con the taxes were figured into the price ($50) as opposed to $45 if you were buying the print from the site and lived outside Texas.

If you wanted the orange one and ordered the $45 version, then you'll be A-OK!

It was the saturation in the reg on EB that threw me off. I have some color deficiencies, so I saw the saturation of the orange in the EB image and didn't see it in the Mondo image, so I automatically thought it was the variant. I actually wanted the variant, but not really too big of a deal. I contacted Mondo to see if they have a variant around, but if not it wasn't a problem. It was a pretty trivial difference. Just liked the aura of the variant a little better.

*sidenote* I think I just grabbed a Jock - Pan's from you recently.

Well, no matter the version, it's a beautiful print! I wanted both but there were too many otherMondo-Con goodies that I wanted too!
Enjoy the print (and the Jock one too!)
