The price was 110. The cap was at 175 or thereabouts.

The more I sit and stare at it the less im feeling the Chris Pratt likeness...it's not as spot on as most.

Cool poster, like most of the Marvel prints from Stout, I suspect I'll prefer the Regular to the variant. Just me.

I love all the polar comments for every TS movie release. For not seeing the movie, I think his execution was excellent... even better than most of his pre-movie released prints.

Based on the previews for this movie, I am not completely sold on the quality of this flick. If the movie is equal to, or better than, the quality of this print, I must own the regular edition!

As always, good work T!

do we know for sure he didn't see it? That's just my curiosity. Couldn't he have been a part of a screening or something since it's an official licensed poster, or does he say he didn't see the movie? I dunno, just a question.

edit: I guess he had to take some time to actually DO the poster so that woulda been a pretty early showing if so.

IMO looks a lot like Kill Bill when looking at the small icon on the "Hot Today" section. Not a bad thing...

The composition isn't nearly as good as Kill Bill. That print also benefits heavily from Tyler having actually seen the movie before making the artwork.

I am trying to hold out hope, but they did cast a wrestler as a main/speaking character. I have not read the books, so this casting may be genius.

Agreed on both counts. Don't think it was that far off to say that the tiny thumbnail on the homepage bears a slight resemblance to the KB color/composition. Just my IMO. Definitely no KB!

The flick is definitely not a turd. Saw it the other week. Lame villains and typical Marvel "hey, remember 9/11?" ending -- but the five lead characters are so great you seriously don't care.

Wait. So you're saying Dave Batista does well as an actor? Whoda thunk it?
