...and then imagine if you (or the person you purchased it from) received it damaged... and then had to rely on the extremely "odd city" to send a replacement. Just imagine that.

And i thought Oddcity was bad doing business with in the past... Looks like they will have some trouble making future sales for a lot of members here...

Same here. For all the complaints about printing time, I never had an issue with communication. If there's an issue, fine, but at least let people know. They've just gone dark.
