Both are extremely vivid, but the variant even looks back lit.
Bold and bolder.

Are we all gonna comment on this now that it's sold for $800?

I actually didn't care much for the composition when I saw this at the gallery and skipped getting one for myself. it's grown on me but not $800 grown on me

All joking aside, I was the same way. I helped a few friends out and passed on it myself. I still don't think it's the GOAT or anything but it's a great poster.

I prefer the reg about 95% of the time but the variant of this one is just excellent.

Yeah, looks legit to me. New eBay buyer.

I can't speak for the variant, but the regular edition is very striking; colors are vivid and pop out as much, if not more, than most pictures show (atleast most that I've seen on eBay listings).PacMan3000 wrote:Question for those that have this print or seen it... Does it look as good in person as it looks in some of the photos?
Sometimes I see the print and the colors are striking and quite bold. Other times it looks a bit on the washed out end of the specturm--still nice but more dull and less vivid.
So what's the verdict? I know a lot can change depending on your camera or lighting, so I'd love some thoughts here.
Thanks.

Don't know why folks may be balking at this latest sale amount...on par if not better than other prints of his that move for similar monies.
(Still trying to figure out the windowless reflection bit...maybe not meant to be literal....?)

I'm no Sherlock, but that eBay seller and the EB member on top of the FS/T column who (still) has it for sale at $575 are obviously the same. Shouldn't be too hard to validate this one.
