I bought bagels and did egg, bacon and melted cheese. Excellent, think I might go back to bed now.

You know….I was never into meat/savory pies. Even living in England for year. Then I moved to New Zealand for a year - hot damn, they knew how to make some cheese/egg or peppered steak pies that were to die for. I need to sort out a good recipe and make some savory pies for my American friends now that I am back stateside… a good pie tastes like fried chocolate-dipped Angel wings. (see what I did there bringing back around to Dolk's Angels?!)
