I actually like the poster and the band. Didn't attend the specific show its honoring and that's a slight check mark against me wanting it. But that's just my opinion. Plus, Ive got a number of gig prints hanging already and am not really looking to add to those numbers.DonPiano wrote:Couldn't agree more. I've got a bunch of gig posters which I've got no interest in the band, but the art is superb.SurfingJeff wrote:So much whining about the band name and the fact that its not also an art print. It's a gig poster - just live with it.
Wow! How could you listen to that show (i personally was blown away after 1:22 in the video) and not dig this band! This makes me like the poster more, but I've a noobies palat...spTourkidz wrote:This show is so awesome. It's the one time I saw them. Great video. Love this band. The gig poster is such an awesome form of modern folk art.

This is quickly becoming my favorite I own. I know it sounds cliche, but in person, the silver metallics and detail on the variant are beautifully stunning! Plus, the more I listen to this Icelandic band; the more I like!

Looks great.HappaHaoli wrote:Love this one.
This poster looks fantastic. Wish I had got one.
Whether this would be better if it didnt say "Sigur Ros" is subjective. But no, I don't think Ken should release an art print of this. And Horkey's situation was different... a (then) upcoming art print for Horkey's Sigur Ros poster was general knowledge when that poster was released.Sandmandan wrote:Would be much better if it didn't say "Sigur Ros" IMO. He should release this as his own after this release, like horkey did with NCB.

You still can grab one from here if you want: https://sigur-ros-store.com/posters/sig ... mi-poster/ Postage to Australia is only about $15 so all up it's about $65 - pretty good if you ask me.deancc wrote:This poster looks fantastic. Wish I had got one.
