As far as I know they were only available on the tour .
I have tried to get in contact with John Dyer Baizley since a couple of times but had no luck .

I do have two , one i'd consider trading / selling depending .

Nice, one of my favorite baizley designs.
There's a few of 'em (only seen one other, heard of a handful). Now I officially hate you ;)

I found someone who had one and traded. He sold them on tour once, I believe, probably before all this hype started.
