I like the actual Aliens in the print..the rest of it is weak sauce, especially from someone as talented as Ken
And the Variant smokes the reg

OK. Some of the aliens look cool, the queen being red seems goofy.

I think it looks pretty awesome having the queen red.. really makes it pop IMO. Although I'm sure the variant with all those metallics looks unreal!

I expect much more from Taylor. The illustration is nice, but the red queen is just not right. It takes away the mystique of the aliens. The reason they are so terrifying and such a deadly threat is because they can hide in the shadows and literally come out of nowhere...the red just doesn't make any sense. It's about as subtle as a brick to the face...

It looks like if the piece itself were landscape instead of portrait it'd be an improvement in terms of the Queen's perceived scale.
