Mine Shipped! Cannot wait to see this in person.
Mine came in tonight from Mondo and I've got to say that it's killer print. The detail is over the amazing and the red isn't as overwhelming as expected. Subtle use of gold metallic inks outlining the bird is a very nice touch. Somewhat amazed this print is going for what it is, I've seen a lot worse go for a lot more.

I agree, the variant looks amazing in person. To answer your question, it is definitely Winterfell in the background.

I just got my Variant in yesterday. I must say, I bought it from ebay and was alittle skeptical about how it would look. I did read many posts on here about all the metallic inks, but seeing it in person is soooo much better. I mean seriously it's beautiful. I did get a good price on it and it shipped perfectly in like 3 days. Very happy with the look and feel of it though. I'll post some pictures once I get it framed. I'll try and get some of that amazing metallic sparkle as well.

I love this print, I am going to frame it and put in my office at work. However in looking at it to me anyway it seems as if the birds head is drawn wierd, I know its because of the third eye but it still looks like a first year art student drew it. I still love it and will hang it, just a little odd looking.
